1Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the jetk7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant and represent that at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to register and use jetk7 is 21 years. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any balance forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you access the Platform.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by jetk7 or any other gaming platform.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and using funds that lawfully belong to you. You are not depositing proceeds of criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.

jetk7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a jetk7 account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any funds held within them being forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any information that becomes outdated must be updated promptly via your account settings. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jetk7 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jetk7 support immediately at [email protected]. jetk7 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to unlock full withdrawal functionality and higher deposit limits. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID). KYC verification must be completed within the timeframe specified by jetk7 support when requested.

jetk7 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate closure of all involved accounts.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the jetk7 Platform. By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that the funds involved belong to you and are not proceeds of unlawful activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jetk7 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high traffic or system maintenance.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account. jetk7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that have not been verified.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete. KYC-verified accounts processing withdrawals via bKash or Nagad typically receive funds within 3 minutes of approval.
• jetk7 conducts anti-money laundering checks on all transactions. Transactions that trigger AML review may be delayed pending investigation. In cases where suspicious activity is confirmed, jetk7 is obligated to report to the relevant authorities and to freeze the associated account and funds.
• All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency. jetk7 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

jetk7 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jetk7 will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or in compliance with a legal obligation.

4Bonuses and Promotions

jetk7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit. The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the Platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, mobile device, or payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the specific promotion. Unexpired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited when a bonus expires. Expiry dates are visible in your account dashboard.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the rollover requirement. Live casino table games, sports betting, and colour prediction games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jetk7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the terms applicable at the time of credit will continue to apply to that specific bonus.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. When you place a bet, real-money funds are used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Any winnings generated while bonus funds are active are credited as bonus funds and remain subject to wagering requirements until the rollover is complete.

jetk7 may at its sole discretion offer personalised bonuses to specific players based on their account activity. These personalised offers are non-transferable and may carry terms that differ from standard promotions. Players who attempt to exploit personalised offers through collusion or account sharing will have such offers voided and may face account suspension.

5Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the jetk7 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable, or live dealer technology for live casino games. The following rules govern gameplay and acceptable use of the Platform:

• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game. Any use of such tools constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing in sports betting markets, or any form of coordinated exploitation of game mechanics is strictly prohibited. jetk7 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns, and any account identified as participating in such activity will be closed.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is settled. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds (including but not limited to incorrect pricing, feed errors, or technical glitches), jetk7 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical failure, or network interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, jetk7 will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and any stakes returned to the player's account.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is illegal under the laws applicable to you. jetk7 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities and will disclose information about your account and transactions where required by law.

Game outcomes on the jetk7 Platform are determined by certified RNG technology and live dealer mechanics for live games. These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of alleged unfairness unless a demonstrable technical error has occurred. Players who believe a technical error has affected a game outcome should contact support within 72 hours of the relevant game round concluding.

6Responsible Gaming

jetk7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) can be set and reduced immediately by the player at any time via account settings. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session time limits allow players to set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, the player is notified and may be logged out depending on their settings.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Requests for early removal from self-exclusion will not be considered during the exclusion period.

jetk7 does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. 7Account Suspension and Termination

jetk7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion. The following non-exhaustive list sets out circumstances in which such action may be taken:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, account registration rules, deposit and withdrawal rules, or gameplay rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other conduct that jetk7 reasonably considers to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where verification reveals that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, any balance remaining in the account (including winnings) may be forfeited in whole or in part, at jetk7's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct or breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the jetk7 Platform, including without limitation the website design, software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game content, are owned by or licensed to jetk7. These rights are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of jetk7. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jetk7 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform. Specifically:

• jetk7 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, even if jetk7 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• jetk7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause the Platform to be unavailable for periods of time.
• jetk7 is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services that may be linked to or from the Platform. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by jetk7 of the linked site.
• jetk7's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jetk7 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jetk7's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10Privacy and Data Protection

jetk7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

jetk7 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing algorithms and are not accessible to jetk7 staff. You are responsible for keeping your own device and login credentials secure. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected].

11Amendments to These Terms

jetk7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, jetk7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via account notification or email where contact details are available. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jetk7 operates. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of jetk7 to take proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and jetk7 regarding any matter covered by these Terms, you should first contact jetk7 support at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail. jetk7 will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
